Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

1. Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in The Kiz Lab's dance classes, workshops, socials, and other dance activities involves physical movement, partner contact, and inherent risks.

These risks may include slips, trips, falls, collisions, accidental contact with other participants, muscle strains, and other physical injuries.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept the risks associated with these activities.

2. Participant Responsibilities

I agree to follow reasonable safety instructions, respect personal boundaries, honor consent, and participate in a manner that promotes the safety and well-being of myself and others.

I understand that I may stop participating in an activity if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release The Kiz Lab, Jessica Marie, and authorized instructors and assistants from legal claims for injuries arising from participation in The Kiz Lab's dance activities, including those involving ordinary negligence where such a release is legally enforceable.

This agreement does not waive rights or claims that cannot legally be waived.

4. Scope of Agreement

This agreement applies to my participation in The Kiz Lab's dance classes, workshops, socials, and related activities covered by this waiver.

The release may continue to apply to covered incidents occurring during participation even after the activity has ended, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Voluntary Acknowledgment

By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old.

• I have read and understood these terms.

• I understand the physical risks associated with participation.

• I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to the release of liability described above.
