PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE FORM

By attending The Kiz Lab classes, workshops, socials, or other events, I acknowledge and agree to the following Photo & Video Release.

Permission to Photograph & Record

I grant permission to The Kiz Lab and its authorized representatives to photograph, film, and/or record me during its activities and events for promotional, educational, and community-related purposes.

I understand that these photographs and recordings may be used in printed materials, flyers, presentations, websites, social media, online publications, and other related media. I also understand that my name may be used in connection with these materials.

Compensation & Use

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the authorized use of my photographs or recordings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release The Kiz Lab, its representatives, contractors, and employees from claims arising from authorized uses consistent with this agreement.

Opting Out & Requesting Removal

We respect your privacy and understand that not everyone wishes to be photographed or filmed.

If you do not want to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us before attending the event by emailing thekizlab@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request and avoid including you in identifiable photographs or recordings.

If you later discover a photograph or video of yourself that you would like removed, you may contact us at the same email address. Please include a link or screenshot of the material when possible.

We will review removal requests and make reasonable efforts to remove applicable content from platforms and materials within our control. However, we cannot guarantee removal of content that has already been printed, distributed, shared, reposted, or published by third parties.

Requests made after an event may also limit our ability to identify or prevent the use of previously captured material.

Acknowledgment

By agreeing to this release, I confirm that I understand how The Kiz Lab may use photographs and recordings, how to notify The Kiz Lab of my preferences, and the limitations of requests for removal.
