This exclusive Urban Kiz Refinement Lab is a closed, small-group experience designed for intermediate dancers in Dallas who are ready to level up. You’ve got creativity, musicality, and passion, but there are still small gaps in your technique that hold you back. At The Kiz Lab, we call this the “Swiss cheese” phase: when your dancing looks good, but subtle gaps/holes in your foundation become noticeable. This class is designed to help you identify and start filling those gaps with clarity and intention.
Led by Jessica Marie, a seasoned instructor newly based in Dallas, assisted by RNBri. This four-week small group intensive is capped at 8 students (4 leads, 4 follows). You’ll receive personalized instruction that sharpens your foundation, focusing on frame, weight transfer, body alignment, and movement quality, plus learn new moves to grow your repertoire.
