Starting October 3, this series will focus on building a strong foundation by teaching fundamental movements, core concepts, and fostering an understanding of basic musicality equipping you with the skills and confidence you need to shine on the dance floor. Whether you’re completely new or looking to refine your basics, our program is designed to accommodate all entry-level dancers.

Jessica Marie is the owner and founder of The Kiz Lab, a Black Woman Veteran owned Urban Kiz dance organization known for excellence, technique, representation, and inclusivity. With over eight years specializing in Urban Kiz, Jessica is recognized for her unparalleled teaching methods that make complex concepts clear, practical, and immediately usable on the dance floor. She has taught multiple award-winning students, many of whom now teach/organize/compete, and she continues to lead small-group intensives/classes/workshops, progressive series, and instructor development programs.
